About The Position

UW Medical Center-Montlake - Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Audiologist Specialist 1. WORK SCHEDULE PER DIEM Day Shift PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Independently, plans, directs and administers evaluation and intervention to patients throughout the medical center. Assesses and treats a routine patient utilizing training in the evaluation and treatment process. Seeks mentorship and training in the evaluation and treatment of patients with complex diagnoses. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and function. Collaborates with other disciplines as appropriate to coordinate continuity of patient care from admission to discharge. Participates in program development and quality improvement tasks. Ensures that patient charges and documentation are accurate and entered on a timely basis. Participates in infection control, equipment training, compliance, safety and educational programs, both at the departmental and organization level. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Licensed by the State of Washington as an Audiologist. A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Requirements

  • Licensed by the State of Washington as an Audiologist.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • OR Equivalent education/experience.
