About The Position

This private practice offers a dynamic work environment, patient-focused care, and advanced hearing technology. Position Highlights: Monday-Friday, professional daytime hours, with one Saturday per month on rotation (half day). 95% adults and 5% pediatric cases. Work with leading manufacturers such as GN Resound, Phonak, Oticon, Signia, Starkey, and Widex. Services include routine diagnostics, hearing evaluations, patient counseling, and hearing aid dispensing. No quotas! Focus on quality care with profit-sharing opportunities based on group goals. Join a dedicated team of 4 clinicians, supported by a strong administrative staff. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary, profit-sharing, and quarterly group bonuses. Medical insurance stipend, and 401k with 3% match. PTO, sick days, and holiday pay. CEUs, gym membership, Relocation assistance: Available for out-of-state candidates eligible for Illinois licensure. Fuel reimbursement provided for any travel between clinic locations (35 miles apart, no same-day travel required). Open to new graduates!
