Requirements
- Audiologist: Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) and eligibility for South Dakota licensure.
- Hearing Instrument Specialist: State licensure as an HIS (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong commitment to patient care and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics.
- Educate patients on hearing health, device options, and maintenance.
- Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing instruments using audiology best practices.
- Provide ongoing follow-up care, including device troubleshooting and repairs.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
