This is a Full Time, salaried position at 40 hours per week located at the Evanston clinic. Schedule is 4, 10 hour shifts Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm. The Audiologist is responsible for managing their own panel of patients providing support for those with hearing aids and cochlear implants, therefore the Audiologist will need to have cochlear implant experience. Additionally, the Audiologist collaborates closely with the Otolaryngology team to conduct necessary hearing assessments. The Audiologist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Audiologist provides diagnostic and habilitation/rehabilitation services for patients with hearing, balance, or other ear-related health conditions. This role performs diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection, fitting and follow-up services, cochlear implant evaluation, programming, and rehabilitation, auditory brainstem response evaluations; and neonatal auditory brainstem response screenings. This position routinely acts as preceptor for graduate student clinicians.
