About The Position

The Audio Visual Technician is responsible for setting up and operating a wide range of equipment such as microphones, amplifiers, speakers, video projectors, and lighting systems. The technician must work well in a team, collaborating closely with other technicians, event managers, and performers. In addition to setup and operation, AV Technicians play a key role in the maintenance and upkeep of audio and visual equipment, which includes regular cleaning, servicing, and performing repairs and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in live audio visual corporate events.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
• Ability to lift over 25lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality experience.
