Requirements

• 3 years proven experience in audio/video system installation, preferably in high-end residential and commercial settings.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with security and AV integration and control systems (e.g. Honeywell, DSC Neo, Control4, Josh.ai, Lutron).
• Familiarity with networking and IT infrastructure related to AV systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Installation, setup, and maintenance of high-end audio and video systems in both residential and commercial environments.
• Coordinate and work closely with a team of Installer technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to implement customized AV solutions.
• Work closely with project managers, other contractors, and the administrative team to ensure a seamless, successful customer experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV and security equipment and systems.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and company quality expectations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of installations, service calls, and project progress.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in AV/security system installation.
