About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Degree in related field or Journeyman's License with experience in the electrical trade preferred
  • Knowledge of the construction process from scheduling to manpower
  • Proficient in estimating change orders on a project
  • Ability to write commodity purchase orders from the installation estimate
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to manage complex projects and processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

  • Maintain open communication lines with all working relationships
  • Follow up to ensure items for which the job is accountable are performed
  • Earn and maintain customer's trust
  • Uphold the core values of the organization

  • Supervise all project personnel
  • Take responsibility for productivity safety, and safety audits
  • Perform job walks to ensure safety and productivity standards are met
  • Take ultimate responsibility for the billings
  • Constantly train the project manager's replacement and support field personnel
  • Engage in improving the overall safety culture of the company
  • Develop new Encore standards and processes
  • Participate in Project Manager meetings
  • Develop phase codes for the project
  • Develop budgets and forecasts
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors at a financial level
  • Assist project team with labor cost codes
  • Ensure proper maintenance of construction documents
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders
  • Assist with submittal creation and procurement of material
  • Ensure proper permit is obtained for the job location
  • Assist closing out the job with vendors
  • Provide value to a project interview
  • Work with project team to set up the job
  • Build an information sheet and map to the jobsite
  • Navigate Project Management System
  • Perform other duties as assigned
