The Audio Visual Integration Technician at Conference Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is responsible for installing and maintaining audio, video, and control systems, ensuring a fantastic customer experience. This role requires a passion for the audio-visual industry and a commitment to customer service, embodying the company's mission to provide high-quality solutions to clients.

  • Install audio, video, control systems, video conferencing equipment, etc.
  • Rack fabrication
  • Pull and terminate a variety of cables
  • Read drawings/blueprints
  • Service and system maintenance
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Education: Associate degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A must!
  • Attitude and Aptitude: Key qualities for the role.
  • Audio Visual/IT Networking: Knowledge of the industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
