ON SITE – FULL TIME - AV Coordinator with additional trouble ticketing responsibilities including for Telephony and Cabling requests 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Daily Provides first line Audio Visual support at meetings, presentations and Audio/Visual conferences for assigned sites. Job Responsibility Main AV coverage of the Education Center including Auditorium, Boardroom, and Meeting rooms Coordinating the efforts of the on site telephony technicians Troubleshooting minor telephony issues Troubleshooting and reporting AV issues Providing first layer support to TV operations throughout the hospital and occasional off-sites IT closet visual inspection support Provides first line tactical AV support at meetings, presentations, and Video/Audio conferences. Sets up, supports, and dismantles meeting, presentations, and conferences. Sets up daily ground video conference between sites. Creates, distributes, and collects departmental supply of AV equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, cables, cords, etc. Maintains global AV standards and polices. Interfaces with television and phone vendors regarding AV projects, including site surveys and other requests for information. Instructs end-users in proper utilization of AV equipment ensuring useful longevity of equipment. Guides end-users through the facility and equipment limitations and provides best alternative solutions when issues arise. Keeps current on AV technologies and techniques.
