About The Position
We have an opening for an Audio Video Technologist. With safety and quality workmanship as a priority, you will install audio, video, and Video Teleconferencing systems. You should have a strong background in A/V electronics, cabling, schematic review, and signal flow to ensure a successful commissioning and customer handoff. A personal interest in technology, electronics, audio, sound, lighting, video and/or security systems is preferred. This position is in the Enterprise Infrastructure Services Division (EIS) within the LivIT Program in the Computing Directorate. This position will be filled at either the 531.2 or 531.3 level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if hired at the higher level.
