About The Position

Informa Connect is looking for an energetic and performance-orientated Audience Marketing Coordinator to drive audience, retention and growth for our foodservice portfolio. If you are entrepreneurial, data-focused and able to work across different marketing channels to increase awareness and engagement, this is the job for you. The Audience Marketing Coordinator, in alignment with our Marketing team leads, will be responsible for deploying multi-channel audience marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement and retention for the foodservice media brands and subscriptions. The Audience Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs that drive audience acquisition, engagement, and retention for our foodservice media brands.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of using content marketing tools and analytics to drive audience, leads and engagement
  • Organized and data-driven approach to marketing
  • Experience with marketing tech stack for executing cross-channel marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

  • General administrative audience data and marketing support of the foodservice media portfolio
  • Manage digital audience database updates to maintain email list health and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Content Marketing: using relevant, engaging content to attract and nurture audience through the subscription journey, including acquiring new subscribers and nurturing our existing database
  • Partner with Marketers to copywrite and execute on a wide range of digital and email campaigns to drive awareness, interest and engagement (including creation of email campaigns, landing pages, and reporting on results)
  • Within email/marketing automation system, create and deploy emails, landing pages, and forms; construction and maintenance of automated campaigns and programs (e.g. nurture email series, re-engagement, subscription updates, sweepstakes, re-qualification emails, digital editions)
  • Build and activate audience segments within the marketing automation and customer data platforms
  • Liase with agency partners to execute third-party marketing campaigns via social, display, and SEM as part of overall audience acquisition strategy
  • Create, update, and maintain campaign reporting documents and identify key learnings
  • Learning and communicating email marketing best practices with other teams
  • Leveraging data and analytics tools to report on audience growth and performance
  • Collaborating with the overall team to offer suggestions and expertise in new audience strategies
