About The Position

The Audience Development and Marketing Coordinator at MM+M will be instrumental in enhancing audience engagement and managing marketing campaigns to facilitate growth across various channels. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the media industry.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM), paid social media, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms like Eloqua, Omeda, and Unity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee audience development, campaign strategy, and performance tracking for MM+M's key annual initiatives.
  • Design and optimize onboarding journeys for new subscribers and registrants.
  • Lead efforts to grow subscription numbers, managing the prospecting, renewal, and re-qualification process.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost digital engagement and increase paid subscriptions.
  • Coordinate and deploy digital editorial editions to engage MM+M's audience.
  • Manage media partnership barter agreements with industry trade shows and events.
  • Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Partner with sales teams to produce marketing collateral and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
  • Craft visually appealing and persuasive email campaigns that communicate MM+M's value proposition.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing plans and coordinate project schedules.
  • Support the MM+M sales team in achieving revenue goals.
