About The Position
As an Audi Technician at Walter's Auto Group, youll play a vital role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing Audi vehicles to ensure superior performance and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Must have held a valid drivers license for at least two years and have a clean driving record
- Strong automotive background with excellent teamwork and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Audi or Volkswagen experience preferred
- ASE certifications are ideal
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards
- Conduct test-drives and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to test components and systems
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to advise customers on additional service needs and provide estimates for additional repairs
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
