About The Position

The Sales Consultant at Audi of Tucson is responsible for providing a unique car buying experience for clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.   • Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance automotive sales skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Utilize our daily client follow up system
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and texting in a professional manner
  • Generate sales appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Handle incoming phone leads
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Follow up with leads
  • Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
