About The Position

At Audi Warrington, we strive to provide outstanding service to every customer. We are seeking Audi Product Specialists to present our Audi line up to our customers. Each Specialist will be trained to demonstrate and to help clients get familiar with all aspects of the vehicle regarding new technology, the Audi driving system and upcoming vehicle enhancements. This person will also accompany customers on test drives and perform other sales support functions as requested by our Audi sales manager. Who Makes a Successful Audi Product Specialist? The most successful candidates share similar character traits, including: Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm for the Audi brand as well as an affinity for technology, you will enjoy going the extra mile for your customers. You will be a product expert who enjoys learning about the newest advances in technology. To complement your extraordinary product knowledge, you will also possess the people skills necessary to be able to communicate in non-technical terms with customers who may have very little technical knowledge. With your strong interpersonal skills and your confident manner, you will create a positive experience for your customers when visiting the dealership If this describes you, you could be on the fast track to success as an Audi product Specialist. Duties include but are not limited to completing vehicle delivery after sales, assisting clients with Bluetooth and connection needs, assisting sales staff with answering client questions, providing test drives to prospective buyers. The ideal candidate will enjoy automobiles, be well-versed in new technologies and willing to help as needed. You should have strong communication and presentation skills. The schedule will consist of a 5 day work week, 40 hours a week; Saturdays will be mandatory with a day off during the week. We will provide training; this is not a sales position.
