Remarketing sales position for experienced individual responsible for representing U.S. Bank auto and specialty (Marine/RV) inventory at physical (or remote) auctions. Candidate must exercise sound judgment and have decision making authority that can impact the business unit. Maintains effective relationships and has open communication with auction vendors which is crucial to U.S. Bank’s remarketing efforts. Responsible for physically inspecting each unit and verifying all auction service levels are being followed. This position will also be responsible for providing accurate reporting and auditing of auction expenses for each sale. Applicants are required to live in the West Region (Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon) as most auction representation will be done in this area. The position is 100% travel and home based.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically five to seven years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel
  • Minimum of 5 years car and auction related experience
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Working knowledge of MMR and JD Power pricing platforms
  • Working knowledge of Auto IMS
