About The Position

Are you passionate about antiques, collectibles, and pop culture? Do you have an eye for detail, a love for photography, and a knack for organization? If so, we want you to be part of our team at Caring Transitions! We are currently seeking a Part-Time Organizer, and Cataloger to join our Estate Auction division. In this fast-paced role, you'll work with vintage, retro, and antique items, helping clients downsize while managing cataloging and auction operations.

Requirements

A passion for antiques, collectibles, and pop culture (knowledge of vintage and retro items is a plus!).
Strong photography skills, with the ability to capture high-quality images of items.
Proficiency in using apps and data entry (swift typing and navigating on a cell phone).
Ability to research rare and unique items for accurate cataloging and SEO-friendly titles.
Strong communication and organizational skills for working with clients and team members.
Flexibility to work varying shifts and locations (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm for cataloging, 2pm-7pm for auction pick-up).

Responsibilities

Help clients decide which items to take, donate, or sell.
Use our industry app to catalog estate items quickly and efficiently.
Photograph and input data on each item for auction, ensuring each is accurately titled for search engine optimization.
Work closely with our clients and fellow team members to facilitate the sorting, organizing, and cataloging of items.
Assist with other tasks as required.
