About The Position

Attractions supervisors are responsible for the daily operations of attraction venues in the St. Louis Zoo. Supervisors open and close attractions, ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, oversee cash handling, interact with guests by answering questions, hearing concerns, or resolving conflicts. Supervisors are responsible for relief of the locations assigned, cleaning, record keeping, and creating a fun and safe environment for our guests and team.

Requirements

• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays
• Ability to stand and/or walk for several hours at a time
• Strong communication skills
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
