We are seeking an Attractions Supervisor who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while bringing families closer together and caring deeply about our brand. This person also brings a spirit of fun, authenticity, collaboration, creativity and genuine hospitality to the lives of our guests. The Attractions Supervisor is responsible for supervising all aspects of assigned attractions, including budgeting, hiring, training, supervising, developing and evaluating Team Leads, Safety Trainers and Attractions Hosts. The Attractions Supervisor is responsible for achieving safety, friendliness, cleanliness, line speed/throughput and financial goals, as well as serving as the PIC of the Operations Team. The Attractions Supervisor is a training position. As such, it is required that the skills and performance are evaluated as being eligible for promotion. If performance does not fit that profile, the opportunity will be given to interview for other open positions within the Dollywood Company, with no guarantee of placement. All of this will be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values and operating philosophies and standards of the Dollywood Company.
