About The Position

Falcon’s Beyond is a diversified global entertainment, consumer experience, and technology enterprise that accelerates intellectual property activations across both physical and digital experiences. Our projects span theme parks, museums, zoos, aquariums, live events, themed restaurants, retail, and more. As an Attraction Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping immersive experiences by transforming conceptual ideas into tangible environments, rides, shows, and thematic spaces. This is a hands-on creative role that collaborates across disciplines—narrative, engineering, graphics, architecture, and operations—to ensure cohesive attraction design. The position requires a balance of storytelling, technical execution, and guest experience expertise. This at-will position is being hired to support a specific client project. While this role is a full-time position with Falcon's Creative Group, employment will not extend beyond the duration of the project. The assignment will conclude once the project is completed, at which time employment with Falcon's Creative Group will end. The expected project timeline is to be determined. For avoidance of doubt, employment with Falcon’s would be at-will at all times, meaning that the employee or Falcon’s may terminate the employment at any time (including prior to the conclusion of the project).
