About The Position

We’re looking for team members who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages. If you’re excited about teamwork, guest service, and immersive entertainment, this could be the perfect fit. As an Attraction Agent or Front Desk/Party Host, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences—from welcoming guests to supporting their adventures throughout the park. Every shift offers variety, collaboration, and opportunities to make someone’s day memorable.

Requirements

  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented individuals
  • Enjoy working with kids, families, and group
  • Ability to communicate clearly and follow safety procedures
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Willing to obtain a Sheriff’s Card and complete required safety training

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service, attractions, or event experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor attractions including VR experiences, escape rooms, climbing walls, ax throwing, trampoline dodgeball, obstacle courses, and arcade areas
  • Provide clear, engaging safety instructions while maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Conduct pre-shift safety and equipment checks
  • Support and guide guests through attraction experiences
  • Identify and report safety or operational concerns
  • Represent the Spy Ninjas HQ brand with professionalism and positivity
  • Welcome and check in guests as the first point of contact
  • Answer questions and explain attraction options and packages
  • Schedule and manage birthday parties and group events
  • Host parties and assist with setup, flow, and guest coordination
  • Support food service, gift organization, and photo opportunities
  • Handle retail, concessions, and guest concerns professionally
  • Assist with general park operations as needed
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership
  • Participate in training and team meetings
  • Maintain a positive, guest-focused approach in a dynamic setting
