Responsibilities

Responsible for the full cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closing qualified candidates of all levels
Collaborate with internal clients to develop tailored candidate selection criteria for each role
Track Applicants through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Develop and maintain a professional network within our various fields
Write compelling and tailored job postings
Act as an ambassador during recruiting events
Stay up to date on market trends with a focus on continuous improvement
Work closely with the organizational development teams in each business group
