About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in handling insurance defense matters.
• Willingness to explore early resolution strategies.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Responsive to client communications.
• Ability to report case progress in a timely manner.
• Proficient in recording time for billing accurately.
• Technologically confident and comfortable with case management systems.
• Knowledge of AIM/Perfect Law is a plus.
• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in various areas of insurance defense such as General Liability, Wrongful Death, Auto, Trucking, and Workers Compensation.
• Interest in litigation and trial processes.
