About The Position

In this role, you’ll represent clients in civil matters related to creditors’ rights, managing cases from start to resolution with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and results. You’ll partner closely with clients and internal teams, navigate complex issues, and help ensure matters move forward smoothly while upholding MDK’s standards of service and professionalism. Requirements

Actively licensed in Florida.
4-6 years of experience in real estate, title, or related field.
Must have experience in litigation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to travel throughout Florida as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage and litigate a high-volume caseload of default servicing matters. handling both routine and contested residential foreclosure cases with precision and skill.
Draft, argue and strategize around motions necessary to drive favorable outcomes for our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to a team of skilled paralegals and legal assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Engage directly with clients to provide an outstanding customer experience and building long-term, trusted relationships by providing industry-leading service.
