About The Position
Remote NYS position with access to a Buffalo, NY office. A boutique law firm seeks a No-Fault Arbitration & Suit Defense Attorney. The Attorney will handle no-fault insurance disputes, represent clients in arbitration and litigation, prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs, and provide legal advice to clients on insurance coverage and defense matters. The role also involves attending hearings and negotiations, evaluating cases, and working collaboratively within a team to resolve legal issues efficiently.
