Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
3+ years of experience in business litigation or related practice area.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in complex business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership disagreements, corporate governance issues, real estate, employment, and trade secrets
Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Manage all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.
Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored legal advice.
