A reputable plaintiff law firm is looking for a dedicated Associate Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. This role involves managing personal injury cases from start to finish, offering a unique opportunity for attorneys of all experience levels, including those seeking supervised training.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Louisiana.
- Strong academic credentials, preferably having passed the Louisiana bar exam on the first attempt and ranking in the top third of the graduating class.
- A minimum of two years of experience in personal injury law is preferred but not mandatory for candidates eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of personal injury cases, including gathering medical records and documentation.
- Conduct depositions and oversee the discovery process to build strong cases for clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients' interests as needed.
