This role involves defending employment claims and general liability/casualty cases in Florida's state and federal courts on behalf of Chubb’s insureds. The ideal candidate will manage cases from inception through trial, including motion practice, discovery, investigations, pleadings, mediation, and appeals. Regular reporting and case evaluations to clients and claim examiners are also key responsibilities.
