About The Position
BesTitle Agency, Inc. is seeking a qualified attorney to join our team as a Title Insurance Attorney. This position is integral to our operations, focusing on the review and approval of title searches and documents prepared for real estate closings. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing necessary legal documents, including those that are non-customary, and will play a key role in addressing any legal issues that arise during the title search process. This involves communicating effectively with various parties to ensure clarity and resolution of any concerns. In addition to document review and preparation, the Title Insurance Attorney will assist in conducting closings when necessary. This may include making presentations on typical real estate issues at real estate agency offices and presenting accredited continuing education (CE) courses to real estate agents affiliated with local Boards of Realtors. The role requires a strong understanding of real estate law and the ability to convey complex legal concepts in an accessible manner to clients and colleagues alike.
