About The Position

Are you an attorney who enjoys the client conversation more than the courtroom? If you are a licensed attorney who is strong in client communication, issue-spotting, and guiding people through difficult decisions, this role lets you use your legal training every day—without carrying a litigation docket . North Georgia Family Lawyers is hiring a full-time Attorney Sales Consultant to meet with prospective clients seeking help with divorce, custody, child support, legitimation, modifications, contempt, and related family law matters. You will be the bridge between “I need help” and “I’m ready to retain the right firm.” This is a high-impact role for an attorney who wants a consultative, ethical sales career path while staying rooted in family law. You will speak with pre-qualified prospective new clients (PNCs) who have already reached out to our firm. Your responsibility is to: Clarify the legal issues at a preliminary level, Educate the client on next steps and realistic pathways, Present the value of representation with confidence and professionalism, and Guide qualified clients through retention and onboarding.
