About The Position
A growing law office in Albuquerque is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation / Real Estate Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time position with an established office space and potential for future expansion. The attorney will manage their own caseload and have the opportunity to grow a team as the practice develops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or real estate law
- Trial experience, including serving as first chair
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize an independent caseload
Responsibilities
- Handle assigned cases from the intake team
- Option to bring in personal cases for a higher compensation percentage
- Opportunity to build and expand a legal team and practice
