Requirements

• 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience
• Experience managing cases in state and federal courts
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff
• Experience managing discovery
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Ability to write legal documents with little supervision
• Must be admitted to practice in the State of California

Nice To Haves

• Experience in additional states is a major bonus

• Assist with property casualty litigation cases

• Write petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs with little supervision
