Requirements

• 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience
• Experience managing cases in state and federal courts
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff
• Experience managing discovery
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Experience writing legal documents with little supervision
• Must be admitted to practice in the State of Iowa
