Requirements

• 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience
• Experience managing cases in state and federal courts
• Experience supervising/mentoring staff
• Experience managing discovery
• Experience taking/defending depositions
• Ability to write petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs with little supervision
• Must be admitted to practice in the State of Texas
• Preference for attorneys based in Houston

• Experience in additional states is a major bonus
