About You We are seeking an experienced matrimonial and family law attorney who is ready to contribute meaningfully to a high-quality boutique practice. Ideal candidates bring 10 years of experience, strong courtroom capability, including first chair experience, and a professional style that builds trust with high-net-worth clients.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the New York Bar Association
- 10+ plus years of litigation experience, preferably in family law
- Experience handling hearings and trials as first chair
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- A genuine interest in the business side of running a law firm
- A long term mindset and commitment to supporting the firm’s continued growth

- A book of business is a plus but not required.
Benefits
- excellent work life balance with a requirement of 30 hours of billable work per week
- Salary is commensurate with experience, starting at $150,000+
- Compensation includes case origination bonuses and performance bonuses
