You'll handle complex cases, advise business clients, and represent them in court, mediation, and transactions. Requirements
- Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a drive to excel
- Active California law license
- Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation and business law matters from start to finish
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct depositions and confidently appear in court
- Represent clients in mediations and negotiations
- Advise businesses on compliance, structure, and strategy
- Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Assist with entity formation and corporate governance
- Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
