Requirements

• MO bar
• Recent experience in one of these: L&E, T&E, or Real Estate Law

Responsibilities

• Labor matters
• Represent and counsel employers
• Collective bargaining negotiation, union elections, strikes, picketing, campaigns, NLRB, labor unions
• Commercial Real Estate transactions
• Acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, development, purchases
• Drafting
• Complex estate, tax and wealth planning
• Individuals, families, banks and trusts companies, and wealth management advisors
• Develop, draft, and implement estate planning documents
• Trusts, Wills, advanced directives and POA
• Preparation, review, and analysis of tax forms – income tax returns, gift and estate
• Business succession planning
