Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People. Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as Attorney Director of Premises Presuit Operations. This is a leadership role centered on team development and operational execution, overseeing Attorneys and Case Managers handling a high-volume of pre-litigation premises liability cases.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from a fully accredited law school
  • Active Bar member in good standing
  • 5+ years of personal injury experience, with meaningful exposure to pre-litigation workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and hold teams accountable in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong understanding of personal injury presuit processes
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage performance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear direction and constructive feedback in a timely fashion
  • Self-starter with a long-term leadership mindset and interest in operational growth
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of multiple markets with direct management of Attorneys and Case Managers handling pre-litigation premises liability cases
  • Drive consistent execution of firm policies, workflows, and best practices across multiple markets
  • Monitor and enforce KPIs, compliance metrics, and quality standards in line with business goals
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Attorneys and Case Managers through regular feedback, performance management, and accountability
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for organization-wide issues while building scalable systems to drive timely resolution
