About The Position
The Attorney, Claims & Litigation at The Standard will manage the litigation process for the employee benefits claims organization, overseeing outside counsel and providing legal advice to claims analysts. This role involves negotiating settlements, participating in mediations, and offering legal insights to support business objectives, particularly in the areas of long-term disability insurance and related product lines.
