About The Position

Stark & Stark has a full-time opening for a Personal Injury Litigation Associate in our Hamilton, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have excellent legal research and writing skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be self-directed and detail oriented. Candidates must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have the extraordinary opportunity to continue their professional development in a challenging but collegial environment. This position is ideal for an associate who is highly motivated, hardworking, and eager to develop into an elite trial lawyer. We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, takes ownership in their work, and is committed to mastering both the written and oral advocacy skills required of a top-tier litigator.

Requirements

  • NJ Bar Admission required
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Advanced legal analysis and issue-spotting
  • High-quality legal research and persuasive drafting of pleadings, discovery, and motion practice

  • Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.

Nice To Haves
