Requirements

  • Case management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Real property mortgage/foreclosure experience is a plus.
  • Document drafting.
  • Calendaring.
  • Deadline tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and track deadlines for filing documents, drafting documents and updating files.
  • E-filing and filing and saving documents.
  • Managing mediation deadlines and client communications.
  • Opening and closing files.
  • Calendaring hearings and deadlines.
  • May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
  • May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
