About The Position

As an Attendant Zipline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they experience the thrill of ziplining. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the zipline operations, providing guidance and support to participants before, during, and after their adventure. You will be responsible for conducting safety briefings, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained, and assisting with the harnessing process. Additionally, you will monitor the zipline course to ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide assistance in case of emergencies. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in first aid and CPR.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• The required skills for this position include strong communication abilities, which are essential for effectively conducting safety briefings and interacting with guests.
• Attention to detail is crucial when monitoring equipment and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
• Problem-solving skills will be utilized in emergency situations, allowing you to respond quickly and effectively.
• Customer service skills will enhance the guest experience, ensuring that participants feel welcomed and supported throughout their adventure.
• Additionally, physical stamina and the ability to work in an outdoor environment will be important for managing the demands of the role.

Responsibilities
