Requirements

• Physical fitness is important as the role requires being on your feet most of the day.
• Strength to occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and push/pull heavy objects.
• Ability to bend and kneel to complete some activities.
• Literacy skills including reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Flexible attitude to shifts, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make sure our rooms are always at their best.
• Help guests with requests such as toothbrushes or directions.
• Keep your manager updated on room service progress and alert them to any repairs needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed.
• Keep on top of supplies and amenities and minimize waste.
• Reunite items with owners and log any lost and found property.
• Wear your uniform with pride.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects.
• May have turndown duties.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
