· Works with the Receiving Manager to maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures. · Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. · Issues written and oral instruction to Receiving Clerks. · Responsible for making sure all receipts are properly checked in and entered into the company ERP system in the absence of the Receiving Supervisor. · Works with purchasing, inventory control and accounting to reconcile discrepancies on receiving and inventory system transactions. · Works with other departments to address and resolve issues related to receiving, storage and product delivery. · Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours). · Required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. · Creates positive environment for all team members. · Adhere to all warehouse rules. · Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures. · Always follow the Company Service Standards model. · Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends. Other duties may be assigned at any time.
