• Demonstrates superior customer service skills and maintains a positive attitude.
• Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins.
• Builds relationships by greeting guests warmly and anticipating their needs.
• Checks for guest satisfaction and resolves service breakdowns.
• Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership.
• Ensures the pool area is safe and clean at all times.
• Monitors activities on the pool deck and at the towel desk.
• Enforces pool rules and provides assistance to guests.
• Handles pool registration procedures, including towel and chair distribution.
• Operates cash register and settles checks accurately.
• Cleans recreational areas and equipment.
• Tests and treats pool water to maintain safety standards.
