Modern, professional work environment Flexible scheduling tailored to your availability Health and dental insurance Ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement Regular team-building and social events Supportive, purpose-driven culture Job Responsibilities As an Attendant Caregiver, you will help clients maintain dignity, safety, and independence by providing non-medical, in-home support, including: Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) Toileting assistance and brief changing Meal preparation and light housekeeping Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behavior Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting bilingual clients to ensure clear communication and comfort Preferred Qualifications Active CNA license (not required) OR Non-Medical Caregiver Valid Kansas Driver’s License Reliable transportation Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals Training in lifts and gait belt usage (not required) Requirements What We’re Looking ForRequired: Licensed CNA or Non-Medical Caregiver Valid Kansas Driver’s License or Kansas ID Reliable transportation with current auto insurance At least 1 year of caregiver experience must be able to pass a background check Must be 18 years of age or older
