What would you do as a Attendant Care Monitor As a Contract Attendant Care Monitor at Wee Care Corp, your role will involve scheduling and attending essential 5, 30, and ongoing 90-day reviews with attendant care providers and the families of individuals receiving our services. You will ensure that monitoring and supervision visits are completed within the established timeframe to maintain contractual compliance while accurately entering data into the company's database. This position requires travel to members' homes throughout various locations, including Apache Junction, Casa Grande, Gila Bend, Gilbert, Mesa, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Queen Creek, Sahuarita, San Luis, Seligman, Tucson, and Yuma. We are seeking several dedicated professionals to fulfill our location needs and support our mission of delivering exceptional care. What we're looking for in a Attendant Care Monitor To excel as a Contract Attendant Care Monitor at Wee Care Corp, candidates must possess a strong background as a caregiver or direct care worker, coupled with a deep understanding of Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) related services. Essential skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as you'll work closely with families and care providers to ensure high standards of support. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with software tools used in monitoring and reporting will be crucial. Additionally, candidates should hold current CPR/First Aid certification and Article 9 certification, along with a Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one. The ability to travel to various locations and effectively manage time will also contribute to your success in maintaining the quality and compliance of services rendered.

Requirements
