About The Position
Plam Beach Preparatory Charter Academy in Palm Springs, FL is seeking a full time Attendance Clerk! The Attendance Clerk is responsible for maintaining a high degree of attendance accuracy and accountability that is an essential function of this position. This position will manage the flow of attendance information within the school and is tasked with maintaining all school attendance records. The Attendance Clerk must be flexible, personable, and able to communicate and support the school’s mission and vision and demonstrate companywide core values. The Attendance Clerk works as a part of the administrative team in order to meet the needs of all students. Building relationships is a critical component of this learning environment, the team works together to identify student needs that may be barriers to success. The Attendance Clerk collaborates with team members to analyze different means of meeting the needs of the school and students, and communicates with students, parents, and other team members about student progress and plans for next steps.
