About The Position

The 2025 ATSG Summer Internship Program is a structured 10-week initiative designed to provide college students with hands-on experience across ATSG and its subsidiary companies. While some positions may be listed under specific ATSG business units, all internships are part of our company-wide program, offering a unified experience that includes professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Interns will work within their assigned subsidiaries while benefiting from ATSG's overarching structure, resources, and program events. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Ag Business/Communications.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Prior internship or coursework in aviation, logistics, or global markets.
  • Understanding of market research sources and building dashboards to display market data.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data from various sources, including market research sources, industry trade information, website and social analytics.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics to support marketing strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Assist in building dashboards using platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align data insights with business goals.
  • Summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations in clear and concise reports or presentations.
