Requirements

  • College education and/or other certification in technology areas.
  • 1-2 years of experience in repairs of ATM, computer electronics, or cash handling equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
  • Diebold, Wincor, or NCR certification and/or experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated quality technical, electronic repair and maintenance skills.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of diverse computer systems and networks, including MS Windows environments.
  • Professionalism and appearance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external personnel.
  • Ability to interpret and understand technical documentation.
  • PC literacy and knowledge of relevant tools and methods.
  • Experience in servicing NRT QuickJack products or other ticket redemption products in a casino environment is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Diebold or Wincor Nixdorf ATMs.
  • Experience in servicing NRT QuickJack products.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing or repairing ATM and multi-function cash handling devices in the field.
  • Traveling by car for service area, with mileage reimbursement.
  • Troubleshooting, repair, and installation of hardware and software.
  • Performing daily dispatches on a call-by-call basis.
  • Working flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Diagnosing, repairing, or swapping hardware components.
  • Cleaning and adjusting mechanical components.
  • Performing routine checks and preventative maintenance.
  • Instructing and training customers on hardware and software usage.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction and providing timely follow-up.
  • Updating dispatch function with unforeseen issues.
  • Participating in regular hardware and software training.
  • Providing timely and accurate dispatch information and administrative reports.
  • Driving safely and obeying traffic laws.
